- On-Site MD Oversight. Our on-site internal medicine physician provides direct medical oversight under a formal collaborative agreement, not a remote signature. Complex cases and escalations benefit from a physician who is physically present.

Every Wellness with Benefits member begins with a comprehensive 60 minute initial consultation with our MD, Dr. Megan Malzone. We review your full health history, current symptoms, lab work when indicated, and personal goals, then build a clinical plan designed specifically for you. There is no one-size-fits-all protocol here.
A one-time enrollment fee covers this initial consultation and all clinical setup. From there, your monthly membership handles ongoing management, follow-up visits, and care coordination, so you can focus on optimizing your health and feeling like yourself again.
